We oversee all services and subcontractors necessary for the required engineering, repairs, maintenance, alterations, utility services, and security of these properties.
Tatitlek also performs janitorial and custodial services for various facility types, including dormitories, medical rooms, offices, warehouses, classrooms, restrooms, fitness areas, dining facilities, computer rooms, and recreation rooms.
We provide comprehensive facilities management at Fort McClellan, Alabama, at FEMA’s Noble Training Center, the only hospital facility in the nation devoted to medical training for weapons of mass destruction—biological, chemical, radioactive, and explosive. For the center and its support facilities, we deliver project management, administrative services, maintenance, warehouse, housekeeping, repair, modification, minor alteration of the facility, and grounds maintenance.
